T-Bar Rows

I Don’t have one of those attachable pieces to do T-bar rows. What else can I do to keep the bar in place? I saw in one of Ronnie Coleman’s vids. someone just placed there foot at one end of the bar.

Or you can put a dumbbell over the back end.

There is no attachment. Just put it in the corner or against the wall.

Back in the day, I used to put a barbell in a corner and then put the double handle under the bar up against the collar where the plates are stacked. If you need, you could put a DB in the corner on top of the empty collar.

A dedicated setup is far superior, though. I’ve only seen one of those in my career and it was pretty sweet.

I used to use a heavy DB to hold the bar in place. I liked the movement enough to buy one of these from NYBB, it’s attached to my Power Rack and it works great.

We have a Westside Grappler at my college gym that works great.

There’s a massive hole in one of the walls from years of guys doing them ghetto style, so they finally decided to do something about it lol.

He used his back completely, maybe a bit of bis as well of course, what else was he using? We aren’t interested in dolly weights with nerdy textbook form, this is real lifting. Heavy, with acceptable form. That builds muscle.
