I started working out after taking off a few months due to a wrist injury, and today, two days after I started up again, I noticed my right pectoral muscle being significantly larger than I’ve ever noticed, and bigger than the left pec. Of course I expected soreness from working out after such a long break, but should I be worried about this? I did work my chest a bit harder than everything else.
