Svr Template

When using the Svr template, if I work up to a new max on the third week do I base my training max off this new number or do I stick with the traditional 5-10 pound increase? And do you suggests deloading on the fourth or seventh week?

You don’t recalculate because of numbers you hit in training, you just keep going with the normal increases until you stall out or decide to reset. As for your second question: it’s up to you.
