I’m currently on the T-dawg reduced-carb diet, doing EDT 4 days a week and HITT on my off days. I’m using both Biotest Surge and Grow, but as you can see from my other post, i’m thinking of switching to something a little less costly. What i need to figure out is what supplements i need and how much. My current objective is to lose some weight without sacrificing my muscle. What are your recommendations?
