my most current test levels done about a month ago were 300 for total test i don’t remember where everything else was

um a typical day is

7oz blue berries
7oz strawberries
4oz apple
4oz banana
1.2 tblsp coconut oil
3 whole eggs
16 egg whites
12oz cooked chicken
8oz cooked salmon
3 cups of white medium grain rice
8oz broccoli
6g fish oil

oh and for sups, 6000 IU vit D 3 (by the way i brought my vit d up from 30 to 88)

mega men multi vitamin

carlsons fish oil 1.5 teaspoons

400mg grape seed extract

i want to try resveratrol

What was the range for total test?

No zinc?

As far as diet goes, maybe you could use more healthy fats… Replace some fruit with whole eggs and fatty animal protein.

paulie when was the last time you took a solid 4-6 weeks off from the gym and loosened up your diet?

im coming off a 6 week hiatus from the gym and a very, very loose diet, and i feel better than ever, hormone wise.

same feeling i was getting from testosterone boosters. and all i take now is 1 multivitamin and 500mg grape seed extract a day.

oh yeah taking 30mg zinc. and i get about 80g of fat in my diet. That should be enough for a 3000 cal diet right?

holy fuck, haha i cannot even imagine taking that much time off haha. The most I’ll take off is about 7 days every few months.

honestly I don’t think the strict diet would be a problem. I mean I’m eating healthier and getting more nutrients than ever before in my life.

Good thread. Did you take Erase in the end, if so what are your thoughts?

i never experimented with erase but wbb250 has used it a couple times.

okay so, phytoestrogens.

I use to think these were bad but doing a little bit of reading most of the herbs we have talked about taking are phytoestrogens which are weaker than our bodies own estrogen and i guess the idea behind taking phytoestrogens is that they take up receptor sites causing a reduction in over all estrogenic activity.

am I right?

have you tried something like tongkat ali yet? i really think you will notice a difference in your testosterone levels. no big deal taking a little pill 2x a day if it means youll feel 100x better, right?

That’s the general idea. Occupy the E-binding sites with “not so bad” estrogen-like molecules to prevent “bad” estrogen from binding and exerting its effects.

By the way, looking big in your profile photo. Remind me a bit of Chong from Cheech and Chong if he hit the gym harder

depends what kind of tongkat ali you get. theres alot of different extracts like 100:1, 200:1, 400:1, root powder. i just followed whatever was on the bottle and had good results from 100:1 and root powder.

i know youre curious about what your blood values would read, but if you FEEL better, what does it matter what a test says. thats how i look at it now.
