And I can’t figure out for the life of me why you are skeptical or wouldn’t take CEE from a different manufacturer. And other manufacturers certainly exist. All CEE is exactly the same.
A few years ago creatine ethyl-ester was unheard-of, and I was waiting month to month for them to finally come out with it. Going to GNC a few years ago asking about CEE would make the sales rep look at you sideways for not even they new what the hell it was, nor did I.
First of all, all CEE is not EXACTLY the same. If something is patented, then no one else has the EXACT same formula.
P.S. I’ve offically skipped hella meals and sleep time covering this thread so I think i’m throwing in the towel as of now. Maybe we can meet up again in another thread someday? Take it easy guys, I hope something that was said in this thread will prove useful to some of you out there.

While I can’t surf the net and sleep simultaneously, I am able to eat meals while reading / participating in threads.
Anyway, in order for me to avoid reading your posts in the future, it would help if you would find an avatar.

Hello, it’s kind of hard to eat a plate of pasta in front of the computer, grill chicken ect. I just can’t juggle it all, I eat every 2 hrs and it sometimes takes 30 minutes to make the meal itself. Just to hard for me…I will find an avatar, thanks for reminding me, for I didn’t know how important it was. Take it easy and have a great day.

How can that be? I make multiple posts a day and never am on T-Nation for more than 20 minutes to a half hour a day. It takes two minutes to make a post.

Yeah sure George. It takes 2 minutes to make a thoughtless post like all of yours have been. Sure writing 2 sentences takes a minute or 2 such as this one.

Of course, because by contrast, your posts have been pardigms of virtue and provided us all with gems of knowledge. No, it take two minutes for someone of at least of average intelligence with actual knowledge on the topic to make a coherent, informative post.
Maybe longer for someone who gets all of their information from the advertisement for a product and is seeking a way to try to make themselves credible, ignoring the fact that there’s no independent evidence that the product is superior to normal creatine. I’m done with this thread.

Maybe you should put the doobie down for a minute, dude.
You keep forgetting that you hate posting and that you’ve said goodbye to this thread a quite few times, already…

Yes, but the REAL question is - are you a funny little man who works for MRI?
Directly from MRI’s website:
The Salt Assault…
We knew that creatine is a salt. Wherever it goes, water follows. We also knew that all bodily water stays in place until it’s “called into action” by some bodily event.
For example, say you eat two dozen saltines. No, we’ll say you binged and ate the entire box - it’s a better analogy. Within a couple of hours you may begin to puff up. Especially in your stomach and face. Why? Saltines are salty. Water follows salt. And if you ate an entire box of saltines everyday, you’d probably look puffy every minute of every day. This is edema. What does this have to do with creatine science? Everything.
The salt from the saltines probably does not make it to the inside portion of your muscle cells. So the water collects outside - creating a puffy look. That left us with one conclusion. CE2 must be entering the muscle cell and pulling the good water with it - leaving little or none outside the cell. So far this is the only reasonable scientific explanation. But we’ll know for sure when the results of our study come back. We’ll keep you posted, for sure.
Did all of you know that it has been shown that eating alot of protein by people with existing kidney conditions can make it worse? A side effect could be his kidneys shutting down or being seriously damaged. I don’t think we should eat that protein any more; it’s old news anyway.

It is NOT the omega or the creatine. They don’t do anything like what you’re describing.
I’m talking from experience genius. I took some juiced creatine mono in the morning a few years ago when it was popular and I was shaking because I was so pumped, so pumped I was almost sweating. Mix that with some weed and there you go, EXACTLY what he described. You got any real suggestions?
I’ve been using creatine for more than 5 years. I have some experience too. Do you even know what creatine is and how it works? You sound quite mental that you get ‘pumped and shake’ when you use creatine.
Reading your other posts it is obvious you have cursory knowledge of the topic and best. So why are you so keen to jump in and bludgeon us all with what you don’t know?
I reiterate, it is NOT the omega 3 or the creatine that is the problem unless the OP is using stuff that has been contaminated with something.
I have however gotten the shakes from very strong weed before. The OP gets the shakes when he smokes his ‘mad buds’. Geeez do you think it’s possible that there could be a link?
No, too far fetched. That’s like, science fiction shit that I’m saying isn’t it.

First of all I don’t smoke anymore. Second of all your right, I hate posting. Third, where the hell do you think I got my information from, my own friggin’ research? I had to get it from somewhere, what you think I just made all that up from the top of my head?
After listening to Ed Byrd and taking his supplements I came up with my own conclusion like everybody else. And that I share my information with the rest of the people on here? CREATINE MONO IS OLD NEWS GET OVER IT. Everyone has their own opinion and this is mine, so what.

First of all different people have different experiences with supplements. LOL Two other people that took just creatine mono are having side effects from it in another thread! So don’t tell me shit in regards to sides.
Second of all the creatine that got me “pumped” was called juiced creatine from pinnacle that I bought 2-3 years ago. It contained 3 different creatine’s in it supposly with superior bio-availablity, something totally different from what your taking. So what the fuck are you talking about? Did you take the same shit that I took? NO. So whatever you’re telling me is errelivent. I’m speaking from my OWN experience.
it’s the pot dude. it depresses your central nervous system and throws your body out of whack.
if you are smoking every day, mulitiple times a day, you are throwing yourself out of order, it’s not supplements.
pot heads always like to pretend that marijuana has no negative side effects. it’s not true. i smoke pot some times, but i don’t kid myself. you shouldn’t either.
The (strong) Nancy Reagan contingent on this board should be aware that marijuana is a depressant, not a stimulant. Duh. It makes his heartrate increase? Yeah, because stoners are always so skinny and energetic.

'Tards. GFG D.A.R.E.
pot is a depressent. after smoking it for a long time and consecutively, your body tries to counter it’s effects by releasing hormones and adrenaline. so yes, pot does cause your body to shake.
not to mention it reduces testosterone levels, which seems kind of counter-intuitive if he is smoking to eat and get huge.
D.A.R.E. my ass. search on some medical sites or the FDA site rather than pot_heads_r_us.com and find real facts.
