Super Rest Pause Set

I found a cool exercise. What I do is 1 rep deadlifts with 20 seconds in between each “set”. Normal max is 390, and I use 335 for this. I go up to 15 sets. My back and hams gets ripped more than any other exercise can do! Not sure of the physical results, but I find it kind of fun so I thought I’d post.

There’s a training philosophy similar to this called Max-Stimulation by Daniel Moore. It’s my prediction that CW’s new program will be similar to it.
