@ct is there ever an instance when you’d use sumo romanian deadlifts over traditional romanians?
With powerlifters who deadlift sumo and squat with a wide stance.
With a bodybuilder who wants full hamstrings development (in which case we would use both regular RDL and widerd, likely as a mechanical drop set)
