I think that’s realistic but I am not come back here to show them honestly, only the deadlift
I compete in powerlifting, but I’ll jump on the bandwagon here. I want to hit a 1200 total (400/300/500) at a meet in November. I am currently sitting at 365/275/450.
I want 4/5/6 for bench, squat, and deadlift by the end of this year. Current maxes are 340 bench, 400 squat, and 440 deadlift. The deadlift seems like a huge stretch, but i’m fairly certain that I’ll be making big jumps on it soon, since i’ll really be focusing on it hard. I’m also shooting for a 240lb standing military press. Also shooting to keep my bodyweight under 220.
I guess my SUMMER goals are 370 bench, 460 squat, 525 deadlift, and 225 Standing Military. For aesthetics, i’d really like to bring up my chest, quads, and delts.

Hit 140s on DB flat bench for 8-12
295 x 5 on high incline bench
100s x 3x5 on military press
450 x 3x5 on SLDL/RDL hybrid
Get bodyweight to a relatively lean 225-230.
And goals that I would like possibly by the end of the summer, are 405 x 20 back squat (current best is 405 x 13)
Deadlift 650 (current best is 500 x 10 or 625 x 1)
And the real long shot is Bench Press 315 x 10 or 405 x 1 (current best is 315 x 4)

I’m not doing so hot on this whole “drop bw” thing. Actually gone up to 277 as of yesterday.
I am going to add in some stadium or hill sprints on my T/Th, low carb, off days. Hopefully this will help.

Let us know how it goes with the sprints. I’m a bit over 250 myself, and I’ve found that most forms of cardio are hell on my lower back and knees. I do enjoy jogging 2-3 miles, but its just not a good idea anymore.

Will do. I am expecting painful shin splints, beat up knees, and heavy breathing to be my new best friends.
