You use BCAA’s during your workout? Do you find they genuinely help? I’ve thought they would be helpful in a drastic deficit, but I know you eat a ton of protein and carbs so I doubt that’s an issue lol

I want some thing during the workout and I have them and wanted to keep low to no cal I think all supps work so little and slow you can’t determine them subjectively

Today’s leg stupid morning workout actually felt ok and love chains wish there were more than 1 pair but hopefully I can someday have a nice Gym fML. Will update workout later after I get done just gotta walk and read quick then off to get locked in inpatient psych :slight_smile:

So went from holding 213-215 depending on food last two weeks to 208.3 this morning after two high carb days in a row lol that is all for now folks. Jsut gotta catch up on reading since working isn’t enough. And this a laid back rotation. Workout at some point

Decent workout didn’t even. Want to do it forced myself to but got it done. Eating is gonna be nasty this weekend. So excreting a solid 215 by Monday lol. That bloat. Amazing.

Solid workout. Was decently happy. Was not happy getting up. Yesterday had a 59yo patient hit on me pretty hard. Schizophrenic so she doesn’t even know what plantet she is on. And following a convo with her is by far the hardest thing I have ever done. Her dad was James Bond and her sis is Beyoncé according to her. She also gave me a drawing she colored . Let’s see what today has in store

Haha,sounds like your working at the fun house ryan.What part of medicine do you plan on working in when all is said and done.

Yep inpatient psych. Some interesting people. Starting to get the patients that have been here for a while which we are on the acute floor so thats the best. Normally means lots of suicidal ideation or homeless type deal where we cant send them out in the world. But they are starting to say hi and by and talk randomly even when not in a formal interview. Too bad we are moving to out patient on thus

I have really no clue other not surgery or primary care. Everything else is really on the table at this point. Did good enough on my step score to keep even the most competitive residencies on the table

Finally sleep wow did that feel nice got a total of 5 or so. I could conquer the world. Though strength endurance wasn’t quite there lol 207.4 this morning after I went back up to 210 from too much ice cream and lovely water

Hallway so,I’d leg workout. Man was tired even though I got up fine. 2 warmup sets in and I kinda woke up. Legs got toasted 16 work sets plus mobility and warmups under 50min ouch
