Off day yesterday drove back to madison. Sappy shit but missing the gf. Odd not having her near me since we were together most of or all day for every day for 2 weeks. Also figured I’d say my nutrition as it’s dumb and what not. Bcaas during workout 1.5 scoop pro powder 20-30min after when I can get it in. Then no food until 4-6 when I am done. Eat pro and veg then carb and pro lower fat until 8-9 and restart
