Oh and the eating yesterday was amazing BTW birthday cake oreos one pack obv. Box of low fat pop tarts because i am watching my figure. Ice cream i think they are 1.5 quart container. Box of cereal cinnamon chex wow so good. Loaf of french bread toashted with fat free cream cheese. And to eat the pop tarts id break in half and put oreos in the center I am a fat kid. Was 211.2 this morning which is much better than expected. OBv had plenty of chicken and eggs too to get that pro in

Decent workout considering no sleep. Good pump ect. Was moving a bit slow. Getting my walk on before the day starts. Hopefully I don’t fall asleep today. I wish caffeine had even a small effect on me

Well rough start to the morning almost locked myself out of my apartment with no car keys. Just happened to have a spare set in my backpack. Was leg day forgot my shoes. So that screwed things up. Was on call last night so yeah. Fun. But was 205.9 this morning lol.

Legs day 2 week 6

Trap bar dead 225x8 315x8 405x6x3 315x8. The plates are actually the size of 35s so I used those and the high handle for a middle of the road depth Way better on my back than low handle.

Legs where toast and pumped and felt decent. Back chilled out after trap bar. Quads get worked hard on those with more weight than normal.

Got extra walking in yesterday that was it. Food was pork verde, fat free cottage cheese lots of PB and Splenda mixed in, whole bag of grapes, 3/4 lb of turkey and 3 low far string cheese, some rice lots of popcorn lol

Well legs were trashed. Reverse band is great if it didn’t take so long to set up I’d like it even more. But gonna have to use these to keep squat volume up and not affect recovery too bad. Plus quads were just toasty. So that’s always good. Last day on inpatient psych today. Out patient psych has been cool. Interesting stuff. The doc I was with twice likes me a bit and likes learning from lol. Since I can teach him non psych stuff. Out patient all next week and end of rotation shelf exam on Friday. FML

Food today I made slow cooker chicken in salsa garlic and onion and cumin. That will be for some of the week. Fun food will be loaf I’d bread. Ice cream and cereal. Fruit and pro is a must so egg whites and grapes will round most of that out

Appreciate it. Trying to do that lean growing thing :slight_smile: doesn’t work that well or fast when you are inconsistent with diet like I am lol. It’s not too bad though. I’ve loved training and doing stuff all my life. Whether it was for hockey or for giggles. Me and sitting still don’t get along unless I have someone making me sit. Even then I fidget enough that it bothers many ppl. :slight_smile:

Well weekend was boring. Hated it wasn’t happy doing anything really. So I am actually excited to be starting the week. 440 came fast and was groggy but eventually got moving at the gym.

Antisocial personality disorder mixed with borderline personality disorder with a sprinkle of PTSD and anxiety. Wow he was a treat. Plus he looked like a 12 yr old boy yet was 28 and has stabbed and adultery multiple ppl throughout his life :slight_smile: anyways no one wants to hear that stuff.

Had a schizo patient today that has this odd delusion/hallucination that he can feel but not see and knows its around living in his bed frame. It’s a cog. Named because its a cat dog combo. There are multiple ones. He kinda liked them.

Id be happy to share other things if ppl had questions or anything
