Whats up fella’s, I have been dieting down now attempting to see abs for the first time in my LIFE. I’m 6’1 219 around 11.5%, following thibs War room strategies destroying fat. I have been on a low carb approach for a while and have not taken any thermo’s since May. I am having trouble on deciding my next approach to get rid of fat in the stubborn areas.
Right now i am pretty lean other than my abdominal and pectoralis region (which is not to bad in itself but lagging behind the rest of my body). Within the past 3 months or so I have seen my libido drop (diet related perhaps?) so, I am thinking possible anti-estrogen approach even though umbilical fat storage can be cortisol related. My dilemma is whether or not to take an anti-estrogen and test booster (Rez-V and Alpha Male in conjunction)…or take the thermogenic path with something like HOT-ROX. Thanks for any help and suggestions.
How long have your been dieting? I doubt that estrogen/testosterone are the culprits here, maybe symptoms. You could try a 2 week hiatus started off with a clean refeed. 2 weeks at maintenance to a small surplus(200) with reintroduced carbohydrate should be long enough to bring your hormone levels back to baseline and probably your metabolism with it. After two weeks re-attack your diet with HOT-ROX and a rigid diet.

Gotcha I have been on a low carb since June one week “refeed” but i like your plan i will probably start out with a targeted carbs approach for a week then carb cycling the next and then back to low carb with thermo. Thanks for the input!!!
