Fat Loss Diet Advice?

Hello Im new to this forum, I have a AAS assisted diet Question

My Macros for the past 4 weeks are below,I began a Diet 4 weeks ago and have dropped close to 6 lbs but now I hit a wall !

My BMR which is close to 3300 Kcal day, so folowing the classic approach if i drop 500 cal day i would be in the 2600 region. Ill explain my logic My weight loss BMR is 18200 so if I stick to this I would be dropping at 1 pound per week, if I go under I would lose faster !

I try to keep a weekly macros to 30 % fat 30 % carbs 40 % Prot in my diet , with a carb cycling approach.

I never bring my carbs under 40 g per day ( so I do not shut down my own T3 conversion ), on these days I would only get these carbs pre WO

Week 1 4373 under 99 fat 191 carb 248 prot / 253 lbs
week 2 5248 under 99 fat 159 carb 229 prot / 250 lbs
week 3 7477 under 71 fat 146 carb 169 prot / 251 lbs
week 4 8212 under 95 fat 149 carb 183 prot / 247 lbs
week 5 …

MY goal is to make it to 235 !

I feel libido dropping out and exhausted in the afternoons, which of coure is a direct side of the diet and the ECA stack. ( I run year round GH 4 iu EOD )

I must drop 10 fat lbs in 4 weeks, what can I do … some ideas

Add a Tprop 50mg/day and starve ?
Add T3 + Tprop and starve again ??
Continue with what im doing and bring the carbs down to 40g a day max ?

I know diet is key, but besides the classic cycles and ECA stack i never adventured into the T3- DNP arena …is this the only way to get below 8-9% BF ?

Thanks

One thing I do and recommend to people is to come off a diet every 3 or 4 weeks for a day to a week. Even at keeping carbs enough to support thyroid production, doesn’t support it’s conversion in the presence of reduced calories and increased energy output, but that’s just one little idea. I don’t like to use the scale as a deciding factor, at least not on a weekly base but for a overall picture.

Not just the Macros, but more so the content and timing matter more in my opinion. Keep everything “natural” 30gm carbs from bread for example is nowhere the same as 30gm carbs from a sweet potato. (that being said I’m known for eating Orange Sherbet and Eggs for Breakfast sometimes… not mixed though, but I keep the carb/pro the same, lol)

What’s your bodyfat % at now. Can you see your abs, not defined per se, but outlined? Bicep vein present? I like to go by looks more than % and scale (everyone lies anyway, lol) I find it easy to drop 3lbs a week when I’m above seeing the outline of my abs, but once I get there it gets harder. The harder or closer I am to a goal to more I rely on exercise to get there - I’d rather walk an extra hour a day than starve myself more.

I gotta go, but hopefully I gave a few things to think about and have you offer a little more insight.

Good luck.
