I have the mudder on Oct 4th Joe, 10-12 miles in the Texas heat, I want to make sure I am not going to die. Thats only a couple more weeks then I can start back to my normal 3 days strength and 2 days circuit training.

Iāll be running my third mudder here in Dallas shortly. They are not nearly as bad as people make them out to be, and unless you run in the first few heats of the day youāll be waiting in line at each obstacle.
Main word of advice is to not think about the obstacles until you get to them, then get through them as fast as possible.
