training is an on-going thing, there are multiple layers of computer tracking that is going on, that it will take time for me to get adept~

however, they are still treating me like a rock star - however…

My left elbow was hating me this morning for some reason.

It was supposed to be those one arm KB swings and then alternate. But I just dont see the point in those, and so went with heavier KB and did normal KB swings.

I’m willing to bet it takes longer to type your workouts than it does to do mine.
