Love this. I’ve done some pretty similar workouts (although I only have a 45 pound bell) when traveling.

My left elbow was hating me this morning for some reason.
It was supposed to be those one arm KB swings and then alternate. But I just dont see the point in those, and so went with heavier KB and did normal KB swings.
