i made and uploaded this video. While on my quest for strength, i am experimenting with different exercises and tools such as my bodyweight, free weights, kettlebells, car tires, my girlfriend and whatever else i can. so i just record my workouts to make people discover those exercises and train with them. here is the link to the first one:
You should work on your dumbbell snatch form.
You need to explode from the floor to the top of the movement, with your arm fully extended overhead. It looks like you are doing a DB front raise at the midpoint of your snatches. That shouldn’t happen.
Look for some videos on youtube to get an idea of how it should look
Otherwise, keep training hard
