You call bullshit and you basically know nothing about me?

I know that you are 6’3" and around 195. I also know that you are very inconsistent with your training.

Either that or you’re a complete liar.
Burned.

A little under 6’3’’ and over 200 pounds.

You have no idea about how consistent/inconsistent I am.

Your cute though…defending your idols like a good little fanboy. Of course writing for T-Nation automatically takes away any possibility of them being a moron, do you write for T-Nation also?

Then you just feel the need to lie in your training log to a bunch of strangers online. Fair enough. Liar.

I’m getting a little tired of this attitude where posters on here act like that if you don’t get fat then you can’t get bigger. Not saying that your opinion is wrong or right but it is extremely annoying. First you start flaming Shugart. Then you flame laroyal. Today, Mike Roussell came out with an article saying the same thing.

Those three guys all said the same thing so they are all morons? No. With those three all saying it there just might be some truth to it.

Even more annoying is the fact that with both Shugart and laroyal, you keep acting like they are avoiding your questions. In reality, they are just ignoring you childish little arguments.

Laroyal’s thread is on page 5, Shugart’s thread is on page 22. We know what you think about the topic. Let it go.
LOL.

Post pics.

[/thread]

PS, that thread laroyal started got a lot quieter on page 5 for some strange reason.

I posted one month of training and you think that makes me inconsistent because I missed a couple workouts? Don’t even bother thinking that I was working around what most likely will be a career ending baseball injury or the fact that I can’t even drive.

It is beyond me why you even would bother bringing that up, though. We established I’m not really that small and even that doesn’t really matter.

This is basically what I’m saying-
1) There’s some credible evidence that getting and staying lean helps people get big and

 1. That the topic has been debated to death and we should all move on
Uh, no, there is no evidence that staying lean HELPS someone get big. Are you really going to sit there and claim there is evidence that twins, one who bulks up and hits…gasp 16%…and one who never goes above 12% will show that the leaner one gains faster?

Please provide this “credible evidence”.

Further, explain how the one who makes muscle gains his top priority will make slower gains in muscle mass.

Wait while I get my e-homies and we straight e-clown yo azz. 4 Realz. E-thugging til the day I die!

eilson youre a goober, go away. im sure youd find a lot more support over on mens fitness or teenmagazine.com

It wasn’t perfectly worded, but Mike Roussell said today that carrying around extra body fat will decrease your insulin sensitivity. Are you going to argue against that?

I’ve never said one time that I am for either side. I’m just saying that there are some reasons for both ways. I’m not dumb enough to get into an argument with you about this. You would obviously win. Unfortunately, winning an argument doesn’t make you right.

Why yes, I am. Tell Mike that using studies on OBESE SEDENTARY MIDDLE AGED PEOPLE (or rats) does not directly relate to exercising healthy BODYBUILDERS who are trying to gain muscle mass in the shortest time possible and to bring evidence that someone NOT obese somehow experiences the same simply because their body fat reading may be 5 points higher than someone else’s.

Gee, doofus, if you aren’t for either side, then why make this thread?

I need to leave T-Nation because I think there might be some truth to what two people paid by T-Nation have said? Great logic.

Dude, this is not a fight with some author. If certain authors would quit acting like they are focused on bodybuilding goals and simply stick to their “general fitness” clientèle and approach, there would be no argument at all. The problem arises when people who clearly aren’t even about getting as big as possible try to claim that those of us who are educated and have gotten big don’t know what we are talking about.

I am not sure if you are aware of this, but some of us actually went to school as well.

I believe I have said it multiple times.

I guess I shouldn’t care. Go ahead and act like nobody has ever gotten big and stayed pretty lean. I’ve said what I wanted to say.

It doesn’t matter that some people have success gaining muscle with no fat. Not everyone can do that.

How come when Mr. Shugart and Laroyal pontificate it is acceptable e-etiquette? If, however, they are challenged, the challengers become the problem?

Fanboys. They see their focus of interest as being perfect and anyone who opposes them as evil. It doesn’t even occur to them that some of the people with something to say may have a point.
