Yeah I agree, although I do wonder sometimes. When you start out reading the boards, that 500mg a week test seems crazy. omg what is going to happen to me? Will I look like ronnie coleman? omg the pros use a gram a week. wtf? dbol??? Having now tried pretty much every AAS out there and not been shy about the doses, it seems strange that according to the doc I’m actually pretty healthy!

it’s not strange, the vast majority of steroid users grossly overestimate the harmfulness of steroids.

then again, if you are genetically predisposed to issues like high blood pressure, more steps will need to be taken in order to ensure health is maintained

I played college ball for 2 years and sat around 230-240 and was fairly lean abs showing bc I ran a lot obviously lol. After I quit playing I started my first cycle. I usually run sustanon highest I’ve ever gone is 1G a week.

But I mix cypianate with supertest to cut it a bit so it doesn’t knot up so bad.

Yes, I do. My mom is a cardiologist and I get bloodwork done 4 times a year with a full physical twice a year and monitor my blood pressure throughout my cycles. Never had it go up more than 10 points on either side.
