Dam you got me. I concede.

So, if I start steroids, I get phill heath’s arms, right?

SHHH DOOOD! I’m trying to gets the secretes.

Man, I like to go over to PWI or GAL and bullshit some times, but some of the things I’ve “learned” on the training forums recently have been absurd.

Oh, it gets better. Don’t dare ask how a pro bodybuilder trains because you will also get “ALL DRUGS” as the answer.

If you’r worried about legality there are plenty of prohormones and peptide hormones that you can buy legally online…which are often more dangerous and detrimental to your HPTA and liver than real steroids, and half as effective
No one said it was “ALL DRUGS”. You are a fool for thinking drugs are not the key factor for a guy that is already pro or close to there

Adapted routine would help bring up a weak bodypart. Not bring a bodypart to “best bodypart” to “bigger best bodypart but still pretty much in the same proportions as before”

If anything Phil’s arms are now looking “less” out of proportion with the rest of his body since he brought up his weak/weaker areas

Lol @ being unable to keep argument in a single thread

Jesus christ zraw give it a rest. You’re boring.

HAH! I wasn’t arguing with anyone or siding with anyone. Just noting the complete worthless-ness of taking an off hand innocuous comment and turning it into a trash fest. It added nothing to the thread. It added nothing to anyone’s knowlege. It was completely non-entertaining. Even if you are right (I don’t think you are because I think yall read the initial comment a way it wasn’t even meant) you still shit on the thread and made the rest of us walk through it.

That thread had nothing informative in it from the go. Yet implied inexact things.

This current thread, on the other head, is/was pretty good and im not the one that brought a shitty thread in it

My threads are OP.

Dood, I just can’t sit back and let you imply the shit in this thread grew to it’s size by a mere single post. There are a ton of other things that contribute to the size of the shittiness. For example, the assistance of asshole know it all responses.

Seriously, the shit in this thread is still of proportional size to the overall body of shit in the forum. Hell, it may have even gotten less shitty relatively.

Sorry for ruining a thread that wouldve been about Phil’s arm workout

Here I’ll fix it so we can carry on with this thread’s discussion

I couldn’t watch this thread develop since I was turkey hunting for the past week but you guys really blew up for no reason over my comments when later they were all stated later in the thread by someone else who observed them, besides the liver and kidney issues which are proven by science. VTBalla is a liar if he knows all these users and he hasn’t even heard of dependence/addiction to these drugs.

My comments were directly solely at the OP because there are absolutely zero positive reasons for his use of AAS to build muscles for vanity. I wasn’t talking about HRT. The truth about the health issues is they are never going to run long enough studies on the stuff because of the ethics and health risks imposed on those taking extremely high levels over long periods of time. You can’t mitigate the long term changes from high levels of AAS cycling over years of time if you don’t know what they are.

And don’t start on this it natural because its in you and comes from potatoes. Your body produces the optimum amount of T that it needs in most cases. Injecting a bunch of extra in order to build strength and muscle mass is by no means a natural amount of T.

Go ahead and do it if you have the genetics and want to be a IFBB pro, strongman, in the NFL, top rated powerlifter, oylmpics or whatever but if you just a performance boost or to look good you are a f’ing idiot. The OP and most users, even though it’s their own personal choice, fall into the last group. F’ing idiots. If you don’t have the natural T to get big without them I think its time to pick up another hobby to focus on. I’m not reading the entirety of this thread
