SHHH DOOOD! I’m trying to gets the secretes.
Man, I like to go over to PWI or GAL and bullshit some times, but some of the things I’ve “learned” on the training forums recently have been absurd.
Oh, it gets better. Don’t dare ask how a pro bodybuilder trains because you will also get “ALL DRUGS” as the answer.
No one said it was “ALL DRUGS”. You are a fool for thinking drugs are not the key factor for a guy that is already pro or close to there
Adapted routine would help bring up a weak bodypart. Not bring a bodypart to “best bodypart” to “bigger best bodypart but still pretty much in the same proportions as before”
If anything Phil’s arms are now looking “less” out of proportion with the rest of his body since he brought up his weak/weaker areas
Lol @ being unable to keep argument in a single thread

I agree that drugs dont make a pro, its largely genetics that determine that.
But I do think that most average guys can get freaking massive by most normal peoples standards from using a ton of gear, they’ll just never win a major bodybuilding show. Drugs do make a huge difference, and there are some people that who look like they need a good meal who you would never think would end up massive grow like the smell of fish in a ladies sauna after hitting the sauce so what constitutes genetics is also up for debate.
Pros in any sport deserve respect, to get that good at anything requires dedication and talent.

I never considered what a ladies sauna smells like
