Two weeks ago I attempted to start a T-Dawg style diet but got really sick,then had 2 nights in a row where I couldn’d sleep over 2 hours.Then I thought fuck it,why not go all out and do the V-diet.After 4 weeks I plan on doing it 2 more weeks with the solid meal a day option.
My starting stas are:6’1 weight-221 BF-17% to 18% according to my calipers.
I took pictures of myself on my Sprint phone,but have no clue on how to post them on this site.As soon as I find out how,I will post my pics before,after two weeks,after 4 weeks and after I finished in 6 weeks.
