Thought I would go ahead and post this tonight for a little extra motivation. I’m an overweight newbie to the world of long-term diet and exercise programs. I weigh in at about 260 lbs., and plan to start the V-diet tomorrow/today (when I wake up). I’ll start with CT’s Destroying Fat: War Room Strategies to Maximize Fat Loss http://www.T-Nation.com/readArticle.do?id=1499282 and switch during the middle of transitioning off the V-Diet to the beginning of the second go at the diet. My goal is to do the V-Diet three to four times for the fat loss and taste change. Day 1 starts at sun up!
