It’s a 40 minutes ride for me .
I think the closest guy is under 10 min from the gym and the furthest is more than 2 hours.
Sic lifting guys and gal! Great pics and vids, thanks. Very motivational.
Did you guys rent the space for this club? If so, what kind of place is it (warehouse, storage, etc…)?
Yes we rent the space. It’s not a warehouse, this room is just under a big complex gay gym, The owner is a cool guy ( a Hell’s Angel too haha) and love to see strong men so it’s give this great place for 300 $ bucks per month!
Jon

this…is…FUCKING AWESOME. i wanna move to canada now…
Cool thread, cool set up.
Keep it coming, especially the vids.
Awesome powerlifting pics!! I saw your one post about weak hamstrings…I didnt read all posts BUT…i had the same problem, i train with a world record bencher, and another guy who bench presses 610 at 220lb, just a strong guy overall…anyway…
before my last meet i had 12 weeks to train…i did elevated RDLs for 10 weeks, than on the 11th week i maxed out in my Sumo Stance that i use for competitions, and wow, the carryover was tremendous…in 3 months by deadlift went up 40lbs…just an idea that worked great for me!! but you guys seem to know what your doing, keep up the hard work and dedication!!

haha what is up with that dude standing next to you
He was a spotter/loader and the previous holder of the deadlift record. He watched me beat his own record huh (by 10 kg)
Jon
Hi folks! The club is back from a 6 days trip to the canadian IPF nationals. I did not compete due to injury(forearms). But the two others kicked serious ass. Joel Boulianne 100 kg junior won gold with a national records on the bench press. He totaled 777.5 kilos and benched 235 in the full meet. He tied his 90 kg records on sunday at 100 kg this year…but raw!!! . Yves Brousseau won gold at 67.5 kilos totaled 545 kilos and benched national records too , 161 kilos on sunday. Both were juniors. I handled both and my forearms are so fucking sore. Pictures and videos to follow. Stay tuned
Jon
CONGRATU-FUCKING-LATIONS!! Im really excited to see these videos and help get me super pumped for my next meet in may. (sorry to hear about your injury, i bet you were megala-pissed off)
