Forgot to mention my fellow lifter Joel boulianne hit 485 bench press easily(it’s his opener at Nationals, still a junior) I see him lift as much as 550 +, deadlift 625 and squat 620 ) I can’t wait to handle him, he’s my best friend in and out of the gym.

Man, nice team, I wish we had a mofo place like this to train around Trois-Rivières. Good job on all your PRs, you guy are pretty young looking at the pics and I’m sure you’ll continue to break records.
Keep up big guys.
good job!! awesome club. its my dream one day to start a club like that with my friends, but we dont have too much credibility yet with what we are lifting right now =] one day though. im motivated by this!
This is all very very cool.
Thanks for sharing the pics and vids, keep it up if you can, it’s great to be able to see such strong people at work.
Thanks all, your motivating us more and more. I woke up this morning with a glute a little tweaked( hey at least they worked on the squat) and my stomach is so fucking sore…hahaha .
Have a good day and keep posting !

that is a fucking deal! you type good english…lol…but ill prob post my competition pics and stuff here. thanks man, i got a BP and DL single lift comp coming up in may, not sure on my weightclass, i think ima just go into it for the hell of it. first one since i broke my collar bone, lil nervous. My training very basic, just getting the shoulders back to full strength to hold the bench weight. How do you guys train for your bench? I mean having an under 180 pushing 450…i pooped my pants. literally

ME work : boards or reverse band always double or triple(single are for the meet or when we try our openers). We ALWAYS end the work with a max reps on 2 or three boards with 225 or 315. Alternatin the 225 to 315 every other week. We try to beat oiur records.
DE: 2 times per months , one with straight weight ,one with bands
RE; 2 times per monts repetion stuff, acessories, triceps death etc
WE also train lats 4 times a weeks, it helps in the bench and in the deadlift!
Jon
Yves can do sets of 25 on the pull ups!
thats pretty sweet. You guys are very technical in your training. Now i see why you guys are pretty much super humans over there. How much of this is performed in gear?
Personally i train my deadlift mostly raw (even beltless) , squat same thing, bench is another story sonce i’m really bad in a shirt a wear the shirt(loose) every ME full range . We put our gear 12 weeks out a big meet, 8 weeks out we go full gear(wraps, belt, suit, shirt etc) , last training week we do single in full gear with opener, then 7 days off( we throw one or to EXTRA light workout)
Goes like that , but you know i’M young and i not really en expert . I just take advises and test it if it suited for me .
Jon

Thank you much appreciated. I did not train today , my lagging pain in the forearms was sharp. But guess what? An off day does not mean you don’t have to go the club help your fellow lifters! I loaded some bars, helping ppl with gear and i cleaned the gym .
We’ll see monday if i can train , if not i will take my pitbull to the park with the sled!
Jon

Another with his new collar. Yesterday it was his birthday, 12 months:)
Do you guys speak French or English?
Just out of curiosity.

I wish all the Team Super Training guys understood the need to come to the gym, even if they’re banged up, and help other people out. We have some guys making some long drives tho.
