Anybody have a clue to bring weaks harmstring when you don’t have access to a glute ham bench?

I started doing Natural GHR’s on a seated calf machine. Probably not as effective but my hamstrings where very sore for about 3 days. I am hoping this will help bring up my weak hamstrings as well…

Ok, until tis day i’ve benched in a fucking loose shirt that i can put by myself. Now it’s the time to move a level up in my game. I bought a Katana single ply one size tighter thant my OLD f6. Tonight i’ll try to bench and touch a weight with it. Last time i tried the shirt 550 war nearly touching/floating. I’m sure that is i can drop the bar faster it will touch. The heavier the weight the slower the negative portion of the lift is , BIG mistake i know…Now it’s time to man up and drop the weight with confidence.

I cannot do naturel glute ham, i severly pulled my harmstring 2 years ago to the point a canot walk for 7 days and cannot squat/or deadlift for more than 3 months. I think i will do romanian deadlift (hyper strict to work more the harmstring) and band leg curl every other day. It is a good pan?

Back from training, my bench went to shit . I have a weird pain in my forearms/wrist. Benching 135 pounds was hard, WTF?!?! anyway , i put the shirt , i did a double with 405, the seconds reps touched. Improvement but i want to bench bigger weight.I was so pissed off after the bench i nearly killed myself with acessories.

Triceps extension ZILLION sets
Pull ups 5x12 , i’m 6 pounds lighter this was easier!
face pull ZILLION sets.
Dumbbell bench with a light/monster mini/mini band 40 pounds x12x6
Incline abs with 40 pounds dumbell behind neck 4 sets of 8-20 reps
Standing abs with bands , a shit load
Row with bands, too much
Lateral raise 20 pounds dumbbell 5 sets to failure
Rear delt raise 5 sets

Called it a day
