ok so i live in Texas, and its SPRING BREAK!!! I hit two Pr’s today training in the bench. ive busted my ass for the past few months. For 4 days next week im going to be living on greasy food, beer,liquor, and some more beer. im not gonna be near a gym. and i have a meet the follwing week! what should i do to maintain my bench? and not retain all the weight im going to gain? feel free to share your spring break plans and any ideas. thanks!
