Otep, I watched it immediately and jotted down the exercises on a scratch pad. I do a set of them immediately after breakfast, then I hop in my car to go lift. Of course, its only been a few days but by the end of a few reps I can feel a bit looser than before. Plus I am adding 10-20 lbs per week to my squat and deadlift, so I cannot complain.
