This is a very good article that addresses knee pain. I’ve had patellar tendonitis for about a year and this is easily the best article I’ve found on the subject. Hopefully using some of the strategies in this article I will be able to fix the problem.
On a side note, why isn’t there a forum devoted to injuries? Everyone has them and there should be a central place for it.
