Simo - The Red Shoe Diaries - Part 3

ha ha yep my accent has definitely changed a bit, but i guess 20 years of living somewhere will do that. Funny thing is that when I speak to anyone from the UK they can hear the Aussie, but when I tell people here that my accent has changed they just laugh at me and say errrr nope.

This video was back in covid times when I was doing lots of burpees as well as strongman training. There are heaps of videos of my workouts back then on my YT and most of them have some talking at the beginning or end. I really need to start doing some more of these bodyweight sessions and get back to being that fit. LOL

At first glance I thought the last line said ā€œDies: 12, 12, 15ā€ and thought ā€œwhat awful exercise did he come up with where he just refers to it as dying?ā€

Burpees, surely?

LOL my writing is barely legible even for me. No beautiful penmanship here like at @davemccright log.

Writing it on cardboard outdoes anything I’ve ever posted

Mate I forgot my phone and the gym had one spare pen but no paper. So I found a box in the bin and ripped off a bit. Proper poverty style down here.
