I mean, theoretically, but that should be really difficult: your antibodies should be highest immediately after recovery.
The goal now is just to not give it to my daughter, assuming she hasn’t already had it. My son appeared to get it concurrently with my wife; he did the right thing on timing, where I missed the boat!
I’m sitting around 203, which is not good because I’ve lost some weight due to sickness which is not really body fat. I need to pick things up a little.
Yesterday I did the intro workout for the couch to 5k dealio and this morning I did a pull workout. I’ll do week 1 day 1 of the couch to 5k this afternoon (when it’s warmer!).
We’re good. Thanks man. It took a surprising toll on us for a few days, like a bad flu, but that also could have been compounded by being stuck in the house for a month! My kids seemed to blow right through it so that was good.
Did legs this morning. I’ve been keeping stuff purposefully light, and I’m getting better contractions. The baby should come any day now.
I’ve got my waddle/ run this afternoon. I don’t love these same day, but I don’t think it’s worth trying to plan the perfect schedule - that leads to me doing nothing.
I am finding I simply cannot recover between workouts right now. I’m going to have to reduce my volume significantly. That’s fine, because the cardio is a bigger priority right now anyway. I just need to make sure I’m doing some benching because that’s the only thing I want to see improve (for no reason other than I want to).
