Do you have any pain?
Scoliosis appears to be dextro (right convex) in the thoracic spine and probably levo (left convex) in the lumbar/thoracolumbar spine. If structural then there aren’t really any conservative options for curve reduction (maybe, how old are you?). If functional then do your physio’s exercises and consider finding a scoliosis specialist if no improvement is noted.
The best thing you can do to make it less obvious is put on a bunch of muscle. Ask your doctors if any exercises are contraindicated and find a strength template to follow.
All I can recommend is to ask your physio if there is anything you can’t do and follow a strength template with a good track record. A lifting coach might be a good idea for you until you learn the basics. Packing on muscle will make asymmetries less noticeable. It may be difficult, but don’t sweat it, we all have asymmetries.
