It doesn’t work as well on short-range-of-movement exercises.
Dr. Darden, After reading “Killing Fat” I want to begin the 30-10-30 approach but at the age of 58 I’m wondering if there is a machine alternative to squats. I don’t have the option of a spotter. I never seem to do squats correctly and end up doing more harm than good.
You should be able to adapt almost any leg press machine for your purposes.
