im at uni and its relly difficult to get anywhere ner the recommended 8-10 hours sleep…
would there be any benefit in sleepiong twice in a day, i could prob get 6 most nites and fit in a max of 3 hours during the day, over my lunch break or between classes… is this pointless?
At the moment im averaging 6 hours a nite and i know thats terrible for muscle building etc.
Ive also heard people saying that eating certain things etc makes ur sleep more worth while… so a 6 hour sleep will feel like 10 hours if u eat this that and the other… anyone got any advice on this?
