Yes it’s fine to do it sub q but I prefer to do mine intramuscular. You can store it for 10-14days.I use .9% bacteriostatic sodium chloride multidose. There are some with preservatives for multi dose and others that say single dose, go to the pharmacy and ask for a multidose 10-30ml bottle.

Hello, could you give me some advice regarding my cutting diet?

I am 25, 1,75 and 83 kg. Never made use of anabolic steroids.

On the pictures I’m not looking that great since i lost some mass and gained some fat due being recently sick and not able to follow my diet or even train.

I plan on starting on the following diet and reduce carbs progressively. I left carbs out of the pre workout meals since usually I find I can get to work harder without them. Unfortunately I’m not able to include any other supplements at my diet due a money restriction. The whey I have is a leftover from last time I bought it in bulk.

meal 1:

1 scoop protein powder
10gr coconut oil

Hi shadow. A few questions for you sir.

  1. I’ll be starting my off-season bulking cycle in about a week. I competed earlier this summer and have been off completely for 12 weeks now. I’ll be going with Test E and Tren E, with some Anadrol for the first 4-5 week. I’ll be using Test e at 1000mg/week. What does of Tren E would you recommend for the best mass gains? I’ve used tren ace up to 150mg eod and it’s not a compound that irritates my mentally. Don’t have many negative sides from it.

  2. What benefit do you think EQ would have if I were to add it to the above cycle above? Do you think it’ll make a difference in terms of actual muscle gains? I know i’ll be more vascular, higher appetite and more endurance, but I am trying to see if it’ll make a noticeable difference in terms of muscle gains. What would the sweetspot be in terms of dosage?

  3. Do you have any recommendations for keeping RBC count and Hemoglobin count in check? I am thinking maybe donate blood every 2 months? I know EQ is notorious for this…which is why I am trying to see if it’s worth adding in the cycle.

  4. I recently had gyno surgery. As a result, I’d like to make sure that the gyno does not grow back at all. In the past I’ve only used Adex for estrogen control and it has worked fine. I had gyno from puberty, and did not use AIs my first few cycles so that’s how I developed the condition. Do you think 10mg Nolva ED along with 0.5 Adex EOD is enough to prevent gyno? I want to combine the two, because adex will actually lower estrogen and keep bp in check from the water induced by test. But I know nolva provides better protection for gyno, so I am thinking 10mg ED along with the adex to be safe. I am not too sensitive to estrogen, I need about 0.25mg adex eod on 500mg test/week to stay dry.

  5. Any recommendations supplement wise to keep BP in check?

  6. Do you recommend taking Metformin while on GH/Slin to fight off insulin resistance?

  7. And finally…do you have any experience with cialis or viagra pre-work out or pre contest as a vasodilator?

100 mgs of clomid for the first 21 days ,
25 mgs of proviron for the 40 days ,
1 arimidex every other day.
250 mgs of cyp or test e every 7 days.

and go back on

And i was thinking to do this to make my nuts work for a bit, check my blood and go back on:

HCG 2500IUs EOD for 16 days
aromasin 25mg EOD

Pct
1-2 week HCG 500IUs ED

1-21 dzien Clomid 100mg
22-28 days Clomid 50mg

1-14 Nolva 40mg ED
15-28 Nolva 20mg ED

Or in stead of nova

Teramifene at

First, thanks again for your answer in the previous topic. If you don’t mind, i have another question for you. I’ve been wondering, if you coulsn’t train for 4-6 weeks because of either a serious injury or an operation (e.g a hernia, or cholecystectomy). So jn this case how low would you go on carbs? How much would you lower them?

Second question, would you advise someone who has been natural before to use hgh to speed up the healing? If yes, what would you recommend? 2 iu every day? 3 EOD? And how long would you take it if you only want to speed up the healing, and start to regain what you lost? Just untill you can train again normally or a bit longer? Sorry if i was a bit confusing, just being a doctor i was wondering…thanks in advance!

The last week is changing before every competition. It all depends on the prep and how conditioned you are at one week out, how much water you’re holding and the drugs you’re taking. What you are doing in the last week will be determined by these factors.

As a rule of thumb, the less changes you are making in the last week will be better. The less drastic changes you need to make then the better chances are to succeed because the body wants likes homeostasis. Little or no manipulation of sodium is the best, it’s very tricky and if you don’t know what you’re doing then the chances are you’ll do more harm than good.

High fluid intake in the last week (2-3 gallons) The day before the show you will cut this in half and then the decision of when and if you cut it will be made in the last day or two before the show.

These decisions can only be made in the last days, there is no way to plan ahead for this. The body can and usually will respond in different ways before each show.

First HUGE mistake is that you’re not utilizing the peri workout nutrition window. When you want to lose fat the only place I would put the carbs would be pre/intra/post workout… Most of them during the workout.

Get some money together and invest in Plazma, nothing can replace the results from this. If I were you I would treat it as “food money” because it is a main part of your meal plan, same as spending money on steak and rice for example.

Reduce total fat intake, it’s way too high for a fat loss diet.

Not sure how your training is but judging by your bodyfat level I would suggest to add some HIIT cardio 3 times a week.

  8. I would go with anywhere between 600-800mg/week of Tren-E. Replace Anadrol with dbol, it seems to be a better combo to stack with tren. Run dbol for 6-8 weeks.

  9. It will help to an extent but it’s hard to say how much because everybody responds differently. Due to the increased in appetite you’ll likely be eating larger amounts of quality food and with good absorption this alone will help you put on mass. 600mg/week would be a minimum dosage to experience nice results but a sweet spot for an experienced user would be 1g or more and this is where you’ll see significant mass gains. You are right though, for some people (depending on sensitivity) will increase hemoglobin levels.

  10. Yes donating blood can help. Adding it to the cycle would be up to you… It depends how sensitive you are, I have used high amounts of it and never experienced any issues.

  11. That would be perfect. 10mg for nolva is good, you can bump it up to 20mg if needed.

  12. I don’t take anything specific for blood pressure but I do add raw cocoa powder and garlic in a lot of my food and that is supposed to be beneficial. The circumin and Rhodiola are also very beneficial for general health and I take these religiously.

6.it depends on how carb sensitive you are to begin with. It can be used if you’re really insulin resistant but I usually wouldn’t recommend it.

  1. Cialis actually works pretty well, just don’t take it if there’s hot girls training at your gym!

The second option with the nolvadex that you suggested seems the most logical. The dosages of your pct will depend on the dosages you used during the cycle.
