So I guess this might not be the most serious of threads but just out of curiosity what exercises would be the best to improve performance in the sheets?
I guess you could throw hip raises and planks in there but what else? Any other ideas?

In seriousness, well as serious as this is, I usually only notice that my core and arms get tired. So I would throw in some ab wheel and heavy bench lockouts or holds for time. Although I do not notice speed being a problem nor glute fatigue I would replace hip raises with kb or t-handle swings.

I sometimes get a mild lower back pump going on if i’m doing doggy style for a long time, so for doggy style at least, kneeling squats would be quite specific!?
Front plate raises would train the deltoids for long term holding of her waist!

I would just add a few extra sessions where you lower the intensity and focus on making your technique more efficient
haha This was a semi serious post… Like ther emust be people out there who workout for musculaar sexual stamina…Im thinking hip raises, planks, sprints, squats but not sure what else apart from maybe mimicking the actual movements of sexual positions…?
Yoga and getting your d wet. Best way to get better is by practicing that movement. Dry hump a rack at the gym if you have to.
dips, chins, rows, pushups, deadlifts, squats. You know it.
