Training to Fu*k Her Harder

Hey guys, long time reader, first time poster. Huge fan.

Not 100% sure if this is the right forum for this thread, but it is about training. Core training, particularly.

I used to read this site all the time back in HS/college and learned a lot. Thank you WS4SB! Problem is that I graduated, worked a ton of hours and inadvertently let myself go (worked out very sparingly for 5 years). Anyways, I just got out of a long term relationship (another reason why I’m fat) and started dating this new chick who is a FREAK. 5 years ago i would’ve been prepared for it. But the 20% body fat version of myself apparently is not…

The other day we were going at it and she said those magical words - Fuck me harder. Problem is (which I have just realized) that I can only go full boar for like a couple minutes. And when I did, I didn’t think I was going that hard. So the sex was just ok and it was my fault.

Anyways, now I’ve gotten serious about training with the goals of 1) transforming my body back to the old me, and more importantly 2) fucking her HARD.

I’ve recently started using Meltdown Training to lose my spare tire in hopes that this helps in terms of stamina/fat loss, but I’m questioning whether or not that is the optimal route. Should I instead focus on HIIT for increased stamina? Or would the benefit of additional strength from Meltdown outweigh the benefits of increased stamina (for the purpose of fucking hard)? My muscular build is decent at best right now so I am worried about too much deterioration if I tried to do HIIT and a strength complex. Not fully opposed though, if that’s a good idea.

Lastly, if fucking hard is the priority here, should core strength be prioritized first? Meaning, should I just focus on heavy complexes and maybe some stability/flexibility exercises through yoga or something?

How would you all prioritize your training if powerful fucking is the ultimate goal?

Practice a lot of sex.

Lots of glute work: stronger glutes= stronger thrust.

It’s not an issue of strength dude, for fuck’s sake. You just need to work on your cardio. Do some HIIT circuits. Pick like 4 different exercises or something and do them all for sets of 10 back to back. Start out with 5 rounds and work your way up to 10 rounds of that. Get good at it. You should have plenty of stamina then to lay pipe.

I use the baggie and mattress technique, Tabata-style three days a week. Any more than that and it impacts my other training.

What’s your diet look like?

Are you getting enough sleep?

what, exactly, did you eat yesterday?

Use this as an opportunity to get really good at chowing down.

That’s a great point.

You don’t have to know how to fuck if you have a tongue like a rattlesnake’s.

Power cleans, hip thrust, squats, and deadlifts should be what your workouts are focused on. And Sprints for cardio. You need the endurance but also should be working for explosiveness from your pelvic area.

I’m starting to do 35-40 min of cardio every morning. 15 min of warm up/cool down and 20-25 min HIIT. I’m aiming for 5-6 days/week. Too much? How severely does it affect your other training if you go over 3x/week?

My diet is locked in. This is something I am not worried about.

My sleep, however, is lacking. At best I have been getting 6 hours/day. Probably average 5.

Someone has already mentioned Tabata but you could also try complexes. 8-10 thrusts for each of 5-8 positions, making sure that the positions flow into each other. Look up Dan John for some progression ideas.
