Ya, there’s a quote that’s floating around (it was in a recent article) to the effect of, you want to leave the gym feeling stronger than when you walked in. You don’t want to leave feeling like hammered shit.

Yea I’ve seen that one. CT says to chase performance not fatigue. There’s another one called “give it a week”
