You gents have GOT to try HOT-ROX Extreme, if you haven’t done so. I’m dropping fat like crazy. Its very hard for us older guys to drop fat but it is simply vanishing from me with very little modification in my diet. I’m on HRT and it seems to work with the HOT-ROX Extreme really well.

How many caps a day?
HOT-ROX Extreme also has, for some people (me especially), an unbelievable effect on mood and mental clarity.
For me, comparing HRX to Spike, I like HRX better. Seriously.
But you want to know what I think is the real bomb? HRX + Caffeine-free Spike. Damn.
VERY IMPORTANT! Start slowly. Unless you drink lots of coffee and are replacing that with HR Extreme, one in the AM and one PM is plenty. Do that for 3 or more days, then add a cap at noon. After 3 more days, I then started doing 6 AM, 9AM, Noon, 4 PM.
I started at 286 lbs a month ago and am now at 270 on the nose. My tournament season starts very soon and I hope to get to 260. My speed will be up for fighting the young bucks.
I like HOT-ROX, however, it did not increase the speed at which i lost weight.
It really gives me a lot of energy and increases my modd/mental clarity, but I did not notice fat vanishing any faster while taking it as directed.
I guess it works well for some people, and not so well for others.

How’d you dose it, Pete? I tried 2 at once yesterday AM and it was too much. Try spreading it throughout the day. Play around with the dosing schedule. As long as you don’t take more than 4/day, I don’t think there be any harm in that.
I tried 2 in the morning, and I was laid out for the rest of the day. I think I am hypersensitive to yohimbe.
Did I miss something? Is there a new job opening at Biotest or something? (jk)
I felt the energy effects, but I was also one of the non-responders I guess, as far as faster fat loss.
Some people don’t seem to get any effects from Creatine either, so I guess it’s a personal thing.

Carbs seem to mute the Yohimbe. Try taking it with meals.
Yohimbe is not my ‘friend’ either. I wouldn’t mind if Biotest took it out.
Try spreading it out over the day too. You’ll get 2 to 4 mild buzzes; its great!
I hget absolutely nothing from it. I’ll be finishing out my last bottle, and going to something else after this. It’s definately got energy producing ingredients, but I have had zero fat loss effect from it.

Yikes! If I did that, I’d wind up in the hospital!! Can you really do that?
All I did was drop desserts and white bread. I also take it with meals because of the Yohimbe.
For people who haven’t tried HOT-ROX Extreme before, but have tried yohimbie, there is a difference between yohimbie, and yohimbiNe.
I don’t have personal experience with yohimbie, but from what I’ve read, yohimbine is not as harsh, but has a good effect on mood.
YohimbiNe is in HRX.

Remember I am not on steroids - if I were, knowing me, I would probably explode.
I don’t like the Yohimbe either though I have built up resistance to the fat loss effect from trying:
- 1pill am - 1 pill pm
- 2pills am - 0 pill pm
- 2pills am - 1 pill pm
- 2pills am - 2pills pm
- 3pills am - 0pill pm
- 3pills am - 1pill pm
- 4pills am - 0pill pm
Every protocol worked for a about 3 to 4 days before I developed a tolerance to it. Today was the first time I took the four pill in one dose and it felt just right; energy and fat loss ( I felt it vanish on the inner thighs - tough area for females so I was pleasantly surprised ). I will take the 4 pill dosage for three more days then take a break and re-evaluate my tolerance.
I would not recommend you do this taking a quantum leap. Build up gradually as and if the smaller dose wears off. You can also try:
*1pill am for x days until you stop feeling it.
*2pills am as above
*3pills am as above
*4 pills am
Then stop and reset the biological clock.

This feels just like it did when I took yohimbe. I hate that feeling.
I am going to try taking it with meals from here on out.

I’m taking HRX for the first time in conjunction w/ the Velocity Diet (I’m on day one). I took one pill, did my walk, burped a little raspberry, then had my shake. No real buzz to speak of, but about an hour and half after taking it and showering, I broke out into a big sweat. Had to crack the windows on the way to work.

Same happens to me. I’ll be sweating and the kids (hs teacher) are wearing their sweaters.
Love to do it but the Doc tells me I have high blood pressure (175/107) and therefore it wouldn’t be a good idea (from what I’ve read). I think I also have to give the Alpha Male away too.
Also cuts out Spike.
I think the only thing left in the cupboard I can take now is the protein powder and REZ-V.
I will also chime in. I am on my second bottle of HRX and getting ready to stop taking once second bottle is completed. I started at about 21% body fat (5’10" 197 lbs). My measurement after 1 bottle was at about 15%. I am due to measure again in two weeks, but I would estimate about 10-12% (187 lbs today) body fat right now. My low weight was 182 lbs and now am starting to gain weight slowly.
I am on Waterbury’s TBT 3 times a week (M,W,F) and on my 7th week. HIIT training on Tues and Thursday, plus I work on technique for power clean, front/back squats, deads, etc on HIIT days. Also work some abs.
I take HRX upon waking at 6:30 AM and before my workout at 12:30 PM. I also take Protein/Surge/Creatine. I workout hard and have noticed great body composition changes. I attribute some changes to HRX (not sure how much) and a lot to my change in diet and workout intensity.
Overall, I have been very satisfied with the results. My wife has no compaints either!

Or try taking it before your workout and eat after.
I can’t eat for about 3 to 4 hours after I take the HRX - I find myself “burping” water, which is all I feel like having after it. That is why I began taking the dosage only in the early morning.
I wonder if the HRX would have a more elegant delivery on the system if it didn’t have the Yohimbine in it - like the Caffeine free Spike.
I have also tried:
*2 pills with 1/3 of the Spike Shooter
*2 pills with half a pill caff free Spike and 1/3 of Spike Shooter
*2 pills with half a can
*3 pills with 1/3 of can
*3 pills with half a can
But no food for hours and 2 hours straight on the treadmill on the incline at high intensity.
The day I took the 3 pills with the Spike Shooter half can I did 3 hours on the treadmill and 1 hour weightlifting.
Two servings of Surge and a small serving of plain noodles before the second two hour workout.
