My HOT-ROX Extreme Testimonial

Ok,I’ve only been on the stuff for 2 weeks and my diet is only 500-700 cals. below matinence, but I’ve lost exactly 8 pounds of fat and gained just under a pound of mucsle. It’s amazing that I’m getting V-Diet results at only 500 cals below matinence and still eating healthy, high GI carbs.

I was planning on dropping cals 500 every 2 weeks until I got to 2,200,but if this continues,I’ll stay where I’m at. And this includes 2 whole non-total Buffett Ahnilation cheat days. And also,I wasn’t a total lard ass to begin with, so my normal cutting diets results anywhere from 1-2 pounds weekly. This is the MAG-10 of diet pills.

P.S.
For those who are like me and are sensitive to stimulants, I was at max dose the second day with no jitters or insomnia, which I got from the Max. Strength version. My only explanation for this is that I probably don’t tolorate Scarlamax well, since this was left off the HOT-ROX Extreme version. I only felt giddy and had a more positive outlook in general.

hmmmmm…

Man, that sounds like some great progress. I agree with your assessment of HOT-ROX Extreme as the MAG-10 of thermogenics.

I think the A7-E, yohimbe, Carbolin 19, and raspberry, make it a powerful combo for burning fat and retaining muscle and strength while cutting.

Also, you feel damn good while on it. I am not specifically cutting right now, but I still take two every morning pre workout for the kick it gives me.

D

I’ve been cutting for two weeks now.
I go on looks, not the scale.
I know for a fact that I look more lean, and I’ve lose two inches so far.
No muscle loss.

I think HOT-ROX is pretty damn good.

Well,I weigh only once a week in conjuction with my BF calipers.I like exact results because sometimes I can look in the mirror and swear I’m just as pretty as Brad Pitt.LOL,just kidding. My old 34’s are fitting again, hopefully in a month,my 32’s from 6 years ago will fit.

What are you guys doing in terms of cardio, if anything?

I’m doing 100 workouts from ripped city before breakfast and 3 weekly 10 minute sprinting sessions that totally kick my ass.

[quote]nephorm wrote:

No cardio whatsoever.
This week I’m gonna try to hit 3 days a week of cardio though.
Along with the anabolic diet,a few hundred cal below maint. and HOT-ROX,I’m losing enough.

You don’t have to do cardio to be cut you know.

Well, originally I was going to be a whiny little bitch and say how I’ve been taking three a day at well below maintenance, and have lost nothing. I was then going to go on to say that my metabolism is shit, and that I should probably be working cardio in (even though I hate it with a passion). I then thought better of it, reasoning that I would just sound like the aforementioned whiny little bitch, and would directly ask about cardio.

But your comment induced me to go ahead and make myself look bad.

Thanks.

No, but it really helps for some people.

Heh.

So, it has done nothing for you?

How many weeks have you been below mantiance in your diet?

How many weeks on HOT-ROX Extreme?

Do/did any other fat burners work for you?

Have you lost any muscle?

[quote]T Ham wrote:

Not yet. I’ve only used it for a couple of weeks, however.

For around three weeks.

The last time I was able to lose any appreciable weight was my sophomore year in college, at which point I exercised twice a day, ate below 1000 calories per day, and used Xenadrine (original formula). That ill-advised plan never got me below 10% bodyfat, either.

Nope. My weight is stable. Of course, someone might argue that I am not, in fact, eating “below maintenance” if I’m not actually losing any weight whatsoever. I should say that I am eating well below what ought to be maintenance for someone of my height and weight.

I sit in a chair, typing or reading for 7 days a week, so I don’t really burn that many calories by just taking up space.

I really didn’t want to turn this thread into my own private bitch-fest… I was honestly just curious if others were having such incredible luck without the use of cardio.

I am in the 4th week of HRX, and it is definitely helping. Basically, I’m eating about 2200 cals a day (about 700 under maintanence), and doing lots of heavy low rep work about 4 times a week. I’m eating very little carbs right now (under 30 grams a day). I’ve actually gained strength during this period, and according to the scales, I’ve dropped about 8 lbs.

More importantly, things look much better in the mirror. For the first time in my life, I can actually see my abdominal muscles, and my jeans are baggy around my waist.

I really look forward to taking the HOT-ROX as soon as I wake up, it is so much better than coffee!

I’m not doing any cardio at the moment, but I will start mixing in some Running Man workouts next week. One thing that I am doing, which I think is really helping, is getting in more non-exercise physical activity. On my days off, I make sure to get at least a 30 minute walk in, I always take the stairs, etc…

I’m taking pictures throughout this process, so in about 8 more weeks, I will have the final results up.

Yo singram.

I got lots of questions.

I just got my HOT-ROX Extreme and I have been using for 5 days. I want to know what its like for you at 2 weeks mark.

Do you still have the same effect as when yoiu first started? Or has your body gotten used to the stuff? The first day I took it I was all jittery and full of energy and warm and fuzzy. Now I am more stable. It feels like a regular thing. Does it still have the same effect for you?

Also. How long does the thing get you “high” for after you take it. How long do you get that surplus of energy for?

And how many are you taking? And is it all at once or is the dose spread out evely through the day?

And eating below maintenance eh? Hmmm…
Do you still eat the same amount of protein as before? Or did you cut everything?

<30 grams a day?
Are you doing the AD too?
Because I’m doing it myself to really get cut.

Oh,no problem.
Like I enjoy making people look bad.

I’m not really doing any specific diet from T-mag… I guess you could call it an exaggerated T-dawg diet. Low carb doesn’t really bother me too much anymore, so I just keep it as low as I can without feeling terrible.

Do you eat more carbs on the weekends or once a week?

Well,I never felt the jitters, but yes,I still get the well being aspect, but that might be in part to the TRIBEX I’m taking.I still have a good flow of energy. The first couple of days though my mind was racing faster than my body could react,if trhat makes sense.[quote]

It’s not really a high but a constant stream of energy throgh out the day.I feel like I did when I was a teenager when my metabolism was at its peak and I could sleep like a baby at night.

One twice a day the first day, then 2 before my hour mornig walks and 2 30 mins. before my third meal.

I eat a little less protien,I’m following the T-Dawg Diet,where I eat 4 P+C,then 2 P+F meals.I cut about 40 grams of protien since I’m no longer bulking.
