I haven’t taken a month off and would really like to get your press and pull up numbers, good work

Hopefully leads to a good end! Looking for Squat - 380 Bench - 365 and Deadlift of 470 in November!

Maybe take off a month?
Looks like you have good goals for November. I’ve had the new Van Halen CD ‘A Different Kind Of Truth’ for a year and a half now and I love it. Saw them in concert a couple of years ago with David Lee Roth and I thought they were awesome. Have you heard this CD? I dig the song ‘Stay Frosty’ the most but I like every song, they still rock.

Ha ! Yeah of course I got the new one and Stay Frosty is the sauce. A friend of mine had tickets to see them, but apparently they cancelled to play in Japan.
Anyone have a bar with little like screw things on the end of the bar? My son told me one of ours had fallen out so now the piece of the bar you slide the weights on has fallen off, so I need to get a new screw thing…
It’s most likely a allen bolt and just got loose without being noticed. I’d check around the workout area to see if you can find it. If not, I’d probably call the manufacturer for the bolt specs or replacement. This is one time I probably wouldn’t recommend duct tape as a fix.

Jr’s already recommended it and I was too perturbed he didn’t notice it when it fell out to tell him no to the duct tape as it would unbalance the dang bar!

Nice! Did you notice a balancing issue with the duct tape? That’d be my only concern with using it to replace the bolt, as well.

Ixnayed the duct tape idea…pretty sure it would unbalance and now that I think about it, probably wouldn’t last with 300 lbs on it over time for example.
