Was dissapointed I couldn’t get 5 reps at 315. Was using full sized olympic weights. My feeble excuse is I was so sleeeeeeeeeeepy today and my groin is threatening to re-injuure.

Page 2? Really.

Anway…I’m down in the 180s. Have until 3/31 to get down to 181 for my meet.

315*5 I basically repeated my last deadlift workout as I was unable to get the 5 reps on the 315. Felt strong this time around.

Yes. About 2,000 calories per day. I was doing really good the first 2 weeks with eating well balance…now it’s mainly a protein shake here and there and meat and spinach when I get hungry until I reach the 2,000.

Well I dont eat to small, just gave up Alcohol and most carbs.

I am maintaining the 230 weight, just want to drop the BF%.

I did go down 1 belt hole. So that is good.

Booze is gone here also…I have had a couple since 10/31/11, but nowhere near where I was.

I’m down about 2 belt notches…waist is currently 33 inches down from 35. I hate dieting, because I see how really puny I actually am.

I tried to post the actual diet, but I can’t see that it posted…are you able to see the actual diet and saying the food looks like more than 2,036?
