I’m proud. 1 x 300 seems far off in the distance for me.

Sen are you doing other assistance work?

Foam rolling, mobility work, stretching?

I’m a little less than proud as I can still bench more than I can squat.

Minimal…I’d like to be doing more, but excuses, excuses…some foam rolling…maybe 5 minutes before every other workout…some stretching when I wait for the coffee to brew in the morning…

My body is feeling pretty good. I’d pulled my groin about 2 years ago and that is finally feeling OK. Back feels good. Joints all OK.

You took some time off, just wondering if you are maybe trying to make sure you have a little different approach.

Have you looked at the thread at the top of over 35?

Just friendly advice it took me two rotator cuff tears in both shoulders, 3 herniated disks in Lumber and bulging in cervical to finally get the fact I have to do mobility work.

Nice job on the 300 bench Sen.

I’m going to need a big squat and DL to make up for it.

Just kidding neighbor.

Sticking with the 5/3/1 has helped a lot. The 4th week de-load especially.
