Salmon, flax oil, and all things disgusting

So I’m trying to do the fat loss portion of massive eating but I’m having problems with my pro/fat meals. I just can’t seem to stomach foods high in omega 3’s. So I’m wondering, how much effectiveness would I lose from the diet if my protein and fat meals had saturated fat but I supplemented with Fish Oil capsules? Thanks.

For the Fat/protein meals you have a couple of options. One is to get them from protein shake/flax oil together. I cant even taste the flax in the protein shake. Granted flax by itself isnt very tasty… Other options include tuna with mayo and flax- just add a tablespoon of flax and then use only half as much mayo as you normally would, it tastes good, and you dont notice the flax taste. other options- grilled chicken with veggies-put a tablespoon of flax on the veggies, its surprisingly not bad. Rub the chicken in the flax oil also. These options should get you enough variety to last for at least a while. I know its only 3 options but are bodybuilders really know for their vast variety of foods?

Just pour the flax onto a tablespoon and put it on the back of your tounge so you don’t even taste it -and then immediately follow it up with a water chaser.

Flax oil should taste pretty neutral and if it does impart a foul taste it is probably rancid and should be thrown out. Flax oil spoils very easily.
