Yo fellow BB’s.What type of routine do you recommend during 2 months AS cycle ? I think to use GVT or GVR2k for 4 weeks and then change it to something else. Comments please

Although I’ve never done a cycle, I image one month of GVT/GVT2K followed by a pure strength routine (i.e. 5x5, nearly all core lifts) in the second month would be good. I just feel that strength programs help “solidify” bodyweight gains from volume/hypertrophy phases.
