That was a great thread to read but at least Dr. Boots did apologize like a man. You have to at least give him credit for that and Ross is a great athlete.

Thats what I was thinking. The discussion was almost pointless once he said I challenge you to 400 lbs.

It is inspirational, seeing someone struggle to deadlift 315lbs would inspire me… to train harder and clean it.
Ross is great. That’s pretty impressive considering he doesn’t even do barbell deadlifts. Even if he deadlifted all the time, 495 at 170 pounds is almost 3x BW.
