UPDATE WOOOOOOO
My leg is salvaged and nothing is broken. However there is a copious amount of fluid (blood) chilling in muh leg. Prescribed some antibiotics and the full range of motion should come back within the next few weeks.
I am VERY lucky!

One mile farmers walk of death (punishing myself as usual)
85/hand x 1 mile. took like 30 minutes to complete, was just so grueling, I started getting heatstroke mid set I swear I was not ready for this!
