Events - Dominated the big sandbag today. bout time! it weighs 259, not 255. This bag is super hard and compacted, makes for really brutal training.

3/30/14 - 500 deadlift disaster

Had a desire to go for 565-585. 500 felt like poop so I just repped it. I pulled a pete rubish and tried to throw the bar down like a badass. I paid the price for my stupidity. I am reluctant on posting the video.

500x4 PR, but narrowly escaped a traumatic injury. I smashed the bar right above my knee cap.

Just kind of lying in bed lol. I can walk on this leg but I can’t bend it past 20 degrees without impingement. The pain is tolerable and somewhat dull. The surrounding skin/tissue is quite numb from the impact.
