Thanks guys. We were aloud to pick between three stones, from 310, 335, and 355. I believe only 3 of 11 guys got a single rep with the 355. Was nice to do that, and get a PR at the same time.

Was rained out work, but we all stayed around, and I lifted some shits for fun.

the 26.5R25 we have out weighs 1024lbs including the gallon or so of water in it lol failed this 4 times in the morning. took a break and came back and flipped it once. took like 30 seconds to get it from my knee to completely flipped.
Skidsteer wheel clean and press (probably over 2 foot diameter and it weighs 170lbs)
x1 this was so insane lmao i wish i got this on camera. the thing is so big. I cleaned it like a stone, angled it up like a husafell and just continentaled it so awkwardly. it’s almost impossible to get to your chest to press. i ‘keg’ pressed it and didn’t hold the lockout, basically because it’s impossible to do so due to it’s sheer mass.
Real Log press (THAT’S RIGHT, some cedar logs around 6 1/2, 7 feet long and 12-14 inch diameter)
250x one lap and fail to clean because no fucking handles impossible wtf
173x one clean and one press, this was pretty cool to do actually, i cleaned it with a mixed grip into my lap, then got it to my chest like a real log, but had to fight really hard to get my hands underneath it. when i did, I pressed it but again, I can’t hold these lockouts because there’s no handles.

My entire body just kind of shut down as the week progressed. I’m feeling pain all over. I’m like a busted toy. I think squats are semi responsible, but also the fact that I didn’t properly take a week off from my contest.
