Thanks Enormous C.
7/7/14 - hurt my right arm while arm wrestling at a party that got a bit out of hand LOL. (I won, obviously). Had to keep the sess light to prevent any further damage. It just seems like my elbow and arm in general took too much torque at a very unplanned for time.
Z Presses - since watching these on camera, I realize without the hyperextension of my lumbar (while standing), I cannot for the life of me be sensibly powerful with the movement. I just kind of smash the bar out in front of me like crunk the infraggable from justice friends.

7/13/14 - did this entire workout still being extremely sore from thursday. I’m actually sore enough to where it’s a challenge to even sit down. No idea how I mustered enough confidence to attempt a reasonably heavy farmers walk after avoiding them for an entire year!
Events
Farmers walk (in oly shoes! AND the rain)
120x100’
170x100’
210x50’
260x140ft no idea if this is a PR but my speed was obviously good but this felt like shit.
Yoke/farmers medley (kept light because my legs are still extremely sore"

Going to deload impromptu this week. Kind of need to be more magnanimous to my body as I’ve been testing my strength too much with little to no avail. Need to start actually training again.

It is always super fun when you are sore enough that sitting on a toilet becomes an upper body movement, or you walk like something is up your ass.
The best is when you’re lying in bed in the morning upon waking and you’re just half awake and you do one of those morning stretches and your entire lower body convulses in an epileptic-like seizure.

The worst DOMS I ever got was from a day I did bulgarian lunges and RDL’s for the first time. Cant ever remember having trouble getting up from a chair for an entire week since then. Screw new stuff.

REKT
7/20/14 - pretty daunting to realize 2 inches lower warrants ~80lbs of weight off the lift. Not only that, but something about the leverage at this height makes it incredibly disadvantageous of a position to pull from.

585x1 strangely hard, the initial pull is very difficult
600x1 felt easy but breaking it off the blocks is harder than the actual movement itself
620x1 had probably 10-15 more pounds in me.
570x5 eye popped here. reed status fux wit it.
